January 24, Fineko/abc.az. On the day of its launch on 23 January the mechanism of rent apartments under sale encountered some difficulties in the process of accepting e-applications, and the system collapsed as a result. Then some news portals and social networks spread data that the system project was spent AZN 9 million, but the project turned out unsuccessful.

ABC.AZ reports that in this regard the Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund announced that portal E-Government has already experienced mass loading for some technical reasons, and there are problems with acceptance of applications within E-Mortgage & Credit Guarantee System.

The e-system is built on the basis of modern technological platforms and cloud technologies, and is currently a unique system that provides automation of operations with quite a broad and complex functionality in various areas of Fund's activities. The e-system provides not only reception and evaluation of public appeals, but also automation of financial transactions and official correspondence between the Fund and authorized organizations in general.
