AQTA new clinic to diagnose dangerous diseases

February 13, Fineko/abc.az. At a press conference Goshgar Tahmazli, the chairman of the Food Safety Agency (AQTA), announced the establishment of a food safety clinic in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that AQTA’s head revealed details of the upcoming work at the clinic.

He noted that the Center for Biosafety & Protection from Diseases and the Center for Toxicology & Chemical Safety at the clinic will quickly diagnose and investigate dangerous diseases such as avian flu, anthrax, and types of coronavirus with high pathogenicity.

With the purpose to protect the country's population from diseases, the clinic will provide regular information and education to the population, as well as vaccination for preventive measures.
