February 26, Fineko/abc.az. The main place in the portfolio of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund belongs to loans in the amount of 60,000-90,000 manats.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to AMCGF's data that the mortgage loans made up 37.41% or 756,979,491 manats of the Fund's portfolio. The minimum share in the portfolio (0.57% or 11,602,560 manats) consists of mortgages for up to 30,000 manats.

It should be noted that currently mortgage loans up to 150,000 manats are given for a maximum of 25 years with minimum initial payment of 15%. The annual interest rate is 8% on guaranteed loans and 7% on unsecured loans.
