March 6, Fineko/abc.az. Representatives of the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection, the Central Bank and member banks of the Azerbaijan Banks’ Association held a joint meeting.

ABC.AZ reports that the parties covered the issues of cooperation with banks in connection with the expansion of the self-employment program.

The meeting participants stressed the importance of appeal to private banks to join the self-employment program and support getting even more coverage of the program.

ABA president Zakir Nuriyev invited the Association's member banks to join this appeal and become an active participant in the process. Representatives of the Ministry also made an extensive presentation on the self-employment program.
