Funds allocated to meet water needs in Guba district

April 2, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on additional measures aimed to meet water needs in Guba district of Azerbaijan.

Under the decree, the State Budget allocated AZN 700,000 to Melioration & Water Sector Company of Azerbaijan for the design and drilling of 10 subartesian wells with the purpose to improve the provision of irrigation water to the crop areas and plots used for sowing in nine populated localities of Guba district with 33,190 residents, as well as to meet population’s drinking water needs.
