Employees without a certificate to be fined up to AZN 8,000

April 14, Fineko/abc.az. A proposal has been made to add a new paragraph 215.4 to Article 215 of the Code of Administrative Offences.

ABC.AZ reports that this paragraph proposes that officials should be fined from 800 to 1,000 manats and legal entities from 6,000 to 8,000 manats for allowing persons (employees) who have not passed certification in accordance with the law to practice medical and pharmaceutical activities.
