Violators of technical safety rules to be fined up to 1,500 manats

April 14, Fineko/abc.az. Addition of two new paragraphs to Article 198 of the Code of Administrative Offences has been suggested.

ABC.AZ reports that in addition to Article 198.2 it is proposed to fine from 1,000 to 1500 manats for causing slight harm to human health because of carelessness as a result of violation of these rules by a person who is required to observe technical safety rules or other labor protection rules.
