Additions to Code of Administrative Offences offered – Fine amount increased

April 14, Fineko/abc.az. Two new paragraphs are proposed to be added to Article 198 of the Code of Administrative Offences.

ABC.AZ reports that Paragraph 198.3 proposes to impose a fine of 1,500 to 2,000 manats for acts provided for in Article 198.2 of this Code, that caused non-serious harm to the health of the injured person.

Article 198 of the Code is called violation of labor protection rules.
