Internal Affairs Ministry issued a statement about quarantine - Restrictions are not observed

April 14, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan has issued a statement.

The statement received by the ABC.AZ says:

"The analysis of compliance with the special quarantine regime the country is applying to prevent the spread of coronavirus infection and organized studies show that the majority of persons whose actions are allowed on the basis of the identification cards, certificates, e-registration, abusing rights, does not comply with the relevant limits at the expiration time and the term of the permit, and on non-working days, raise the intensity on the streets and highways, and increase the risk of infection spreading.

The heads of bodies, enterprises and organizations are required to enter on the portal icaze.e-gov.az only information about persons working under an employment or service contract. Explain to employees the importance of returning to their home address after work, and bear responsibility in accordance with administrative law for misuse of issued permits."
