President stated reforms to continue this year

April 14, Fineko/abc.az. The continuation of reforms in Azerbaijan has brought good results.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by President Ilham Aliyev at a video conference dedicated to the socio-economic results of the 1st quarter of 2020.

Speaking about the work done in the fight against the coronavirus pandemic, the head of state noted that the situation in Azerbaijan is under control. President Aliev instructed the government on the occasion of the impact of the pandemic on the economic situation.

"2020 will also be a period of deep reforms that cover many areas," the country’s leader added.
