President signs a decree on awarding

April 27, Fineko/abc.az. Ilham Guliyev has been awarded the 2nd degree Order for Service to the Motherland.

ABC.AZ reports that President Ilham Aliyev signed a relevant decree. Guliyev was awarded for his services to the development of agriculture in Azerbaijan.

Since 2005 Guliyev has been working as Deputy Agriculture Minister. Today, he is celebrating his turning 60 years old.
