April 28, Fineko/abc.az. As a result of another successful operation conducted by law enforcement agencies, Orhan Alekperov, a resident of Sheki, was detained while selling fake certificates on behalf of Vest Corporation LLC, in which he is the director. He sold certificates for 60-100 manats to individuals who wanted to move freely within the quarantine regime.

ABC.AZ was informed at the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that the investigation found out that the specified person on the basis of forged documents registered fictitious employment contracts on the portal icaze.e-gov.az on behalf of 18 citizens, including himself.

Thus, Alekperov created conditions for the free movement of persons to whom he sold forged documents, in violation of the requirements of special quarantine rules. When examining the place of residence of the detainee in the capital, fake certificates prepared for the same purpose, blank forms, seals and other material evidence relevant to the case were found and seized.

Alekperov and others were detained and brought to justice.
