April 30, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the dismissal of the head of the Bilasuvar district executive power.

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the presidential decree Mahir Guliyev was dismissed from the post of the executive power head in Bilasuvar district.

On 29 April, State Security Service’s special forces conducted a special operation in the building of the Bilasuvar District Executive Power.

During the operation the special forces detained executive power head Mahir Guliyev, his first deputy Khanlar Mammadov, chairman of the district municipality Ilgar Abbasov, central hospital’s chief doctor Khoshbakht Agayeva, Municipal Enterprises Combine’s director Khalida Agayeva, Employment Department’s Mubariz Mustafayev, and representative of the city executive authority Gabil Hammedov.
