May 6, Fineko/abc.az. According to information received on 1 May from Employment Contract Notification subsystem of the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection, since the beginning of this year the number of employment contracts has increased by 105,000.

ABC.AZ reports that the statement was made by Labor Minister Sahil Babayev in an interview for one of the newspapers.

He noted that the ongoing increase in the number of employment contracts from the very beginning is a successful result of this work, especially the President's calls to stop informal employment of employers and employees. "Another positive fact is that out of 105,000 labor benefits, about 94,000 are in the private sector," the minister emphasized.

Babayev added that for Jan-Apr country’s salary fund in Azerbaijan increased by 8%, and the salary fund on the private sector by 12%.
