May 6, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on the appointment of chairmen of judicial boards of appeal courts.

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the presidential decree the following judges are appointed as the chairmen of the judicial panels of the courts of appeal:

Baku Court of Appeal:

Elmar Rahimov - Chairman of the Criminal Board

Mirza Tagizade - Chairman of the Administrative Board

Ragib Gurbanov - Chairman of the Commercial Board

Ganja Court of Appeal:

Rashad Mammadova - Chairman of the Administrative Board

Shamil Rzaguliyev - Chairman of the Commercial Board

Sumgait Court of Appeal:

Khokuma Babayeva - Chairwoman of Administrative Board

Telman Guliyev - Chairman of the Civil Board

Shirvan Court of Appeal:

Mushfig Hasanov - Chairman of the Administrative Board

Taleh Kerimov - Chairman of the Commercial Board

Sheki Court of Appeal:

Rovshan Rafiyev - Chairman of the Administrative Board

Elchin Huseynov - Chairman of the Commercial Board

The presidential decree comes into force from the date of signing.
