Azerbaijani bank`s liabilities in Turkey increased

May 31, Fineko/abc.az. PASHA Bank's subsidiary in Turkey announced the results of the first quarter of 2020.

ABC.AZ reports that Bank's assets grew by 10.15% from 1.723 bn liras up to 1.9 bn liras.

The growth was mainly due to Bank's loans – in the first quarter, the amount of Bank's loans increased by more than 17% from 1.06 bn liras up to 1.243 bn liras.

Most of the loan portfolio of PASHA Bank Turkey is 800 million liras in foreign currency. At the end of the first quarter Bank's liabilities grew by 13.9% from 1.119 million liras up to 1.36 million liras. Its capital increased by 1.6% up to 540 million liras.

500 million liras of them are equity capital.
