Nine employers to be checked

June 2, Fineko/abc.az. The State Labour Inspectorate under the Ministry of Labour & Social Protection continues taking measures against unjustified termination of employment contracts.

ABC.AZ reports that the Inspectorate had legitimate suspicions that nine employers signed invalid labor contracts and introduced a notice in the electronic system to create the conditions for exit from the house and permit free movement during the quarantine.

The relevant information collected in relation to those employers was submitted to law enforcement agencies for investigation and action.

At the same time, about 50 employers who terminated their employment contracts during the quarantine period were sent letters to investigate whether the cases of termination of employment contracts comply with labor legislation.
