The Ministry of Communications & High Technology of Azerbaijan is taking measures aimed at improving the quality and speed of Internet in the country.

The Ministry informs that work is underway on upgrade of the network infrastructure and increase of bandwidth of Internet around the country.

"Those works are carried out in Goranboy, Beylagan, Barda, Aghjabadi, Aghstafa, Astara, Bilasuvar, Yevlakh, Ismayilli, Imishli, Shamkir, Sabirabad, Gabala, Tovuz, Agdash, Saatli, Siyazan, Zardab, Jabrail, Gedabay, Khizi, Oguz, Shabran districts of the country. In this regard, there will be interruptions in the Internet in the above-listed districts in the night from 10 October to 11 October from 2 am till 8 am," the Ministry said in a statement.
