June 8, Fineko/abc.az. Mandatory health insurance is applied at a high level in 23 districts of Azerbaijan, and the population are using these services.

There are a lot of appeals on the occasion.

ABC.AZ informs that the statement was made by Vugar Gurbanov, the head of the Medical Claims Department of the State Agency of Mandatory Medical Insurance.

He noted that first of all, medical services are rendered at medical institutions that are part of TABIB. Services that cannot be implemented in these institutions are provided in private medical institutions with which contracts are concluded: "More than 900,000 citizens have used the services of the MHI. The number of services they use exceeds 4 million."
