Neftchala reports about vegetable planting

June 9, Fineko/abc.az. The planting of spring crops for this year's harvest has been completed in Neftchala.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Regional Statistics Department that for the past 5 months of this year the producers carried out spring crops on an area of 8,212 hectares.

For comparison, the figure is by 675.9 ha or 9% more against the 2019 same term. The area of sown areas is 1,764 ha for clover, 140.4 ha for potatoes, 124 ha for vegetables, 185 ha for melons, 5,962 ha for cotton, 31 ha for oats, 4.8 ha for corn, 0.3 ha for sunflower.
