Mortgage loans reduced more than by 20%

June 25, Fineko/abc.az. The mortgage loans for AZN 74.6 million were given in Azerbaijan through the Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund for Jan-May 2020.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to data from the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) that the index is by 20.5% less than for the 2019 same period.

Over the reporting period the volume of loans refinanced by the Fund decreased by 9.6 times to AZN 12.6 million.

The funds raised through the MCGF bond issue increased by 87.5% up to AZN 75 million.

The funds allocated to the Fund from the State Budget grew by 89% up to 75.6 million.
