July 2, Fineko/abc.az. A new staff appointment has been made in the executive power of Shemakha district of Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that Khikmet Shikarov has been appointed as the first deputy head of the Shemakha district executive power.

Prior to this appointment, he was the chairman of Pirallakhi district organization of Yeni Azerbaijan Party.
