Military men are most frequent buyers of subsidized apartments in Govsan

July 9, Fineko/abc.az. The selection of 249 apartments on the 1st building of the Govsan residential complex with the use of a mortgage loan, as well as at their own expense, was completed on 30 June 2020.

ABC.AZ was informed about this at the Housing Construction Agency (MIDA).

Out of the 249 apartments put up for sale, 187 or 75% were received by military personnel, employees of internal affairs bodies and civil servants.

Teachers, researchers, internally displaced persons and athletes received a total of 60 apartments.
