Internal Affairs Ministry: Quarantine violator company’s head arrested

July 14, Fineko/abc.az. Police officers detained drivers who broker traffic rules and created conditions for the movement of passengers from the regions to the capital, as well as in the opposite direction.

ABC.AZ was informed on the occasion at the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. So, Parvin Tatarov, a resident of Agstafa district, who is engaged in illegal activities, and his countryman Elkin Khasmammadov, the head of AzerEmo LLC, were detained.

In the course of the investigation it turned out that Khasmammadov illegally registered the passengers brought to the capital by Tatarov on behalf of the founder company for money. Thus, both individuals violated the rules of special quarantine.

Imran Gakhramanov, who is engaged in illegal transportation of passengers to Astara district of Baku, was detained.

A criminal case has been initiated against all the three persons in accordance with the relevant article of the Criminal Code.

The court made a decision to take a preventive measure in the form of detention in respect to the violators of the quarantine rules - Parvin Tatarov, Elkin Khasmammadov and Imran Gakhramanov. The investigation continues.
