Atasığorta shareholders to gather for a meeting

July 15, Fineko/abc.az. Atasığorta is to conduct an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders on 11 August.

ABC.AZ reports that the insurer’s shareholders will discuss the extension of the Board's powers, select members of the Audit Commission, approve the company's investment policy and regulations on investments, and discuss the strategic plan for 2020-23.
