July 20, Fineko/abc.az. A decision has been made on the activity of courts in the administrative territories of Baku, Jalilabad, Ganja, Masalli, Mingachevir, Sumgait, Yevlakh and Absheron, Barda, Goranboy, Goygel, Khachmaz, Siyazan and Sheki districts, where special quarantine regime has been tightened.

ABC.AZ was informed about this at the Supreme Court.

Thus, the courts of Baku, Jalilabad, Ganja, Masalli, Mingachevir, Sumgait, Yevlakh and the administrative territories of Absheron, Barda, Goranboy, Goygel, Khachmaz, Siyazan and Sheki districts were given recommendations for the consideration of cases from 06:00 on 20 July 2020 to 06:00 on 5 August 2020. The supreme courts and courts of appeal are charged with ensuring that cases of all categories are considered.
