July 30, Fineko/abc.az. The monitoring organized within the special quarantine period revealed the fact that the employment contracts, included in subsystem “Employment contract notification” do not conform to reality.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection that the relevant information gathered in respect to 22 employers, who allegedly entered data about their employees into the electronic system for obtaining appropriate permits for free movement of employees during the period of special quarantine. The collected information on such employers was submitted to the law enforcement authorities for investigation such cases.

At the same time, the Ministry sent letters to 156 employers who terminated labor contracts with employees during the quarantine period with the demand to clarify the compliance of the terminated contract with labor legislation.
