August 11, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev has approved the amendments to the Code of Administrative Offences.

As a result of the changes, new Article 370-2 of the Code has been added.

According to the amendment, officials will be fined from 300 to 500 manats, and legal entities will be fined from 1,000 to 1,500 manats for failure by the operator and telecommunications provider to respond to the relevant requests of executive authorities, as well as courts or law enforcement agencies within the terms stipulated by the Law on Telecommunications. For repeated administrative offense within one year, officials will be fined from 500 to 700 manats and legal entities from 1,500 to 2,500 manats.
