Persons who don’t pay mandatory health insurance fees to be fined

September 9, Fineko/abc.az. A proposals has been made to amend Article 460 of the Code of Administrative Offences (tax evasion, unemployment insurance or compulsory state social insurance).

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the proposed amendment to the Code a fine of 30 to 70 percent of the amount of taxes and fees that were the direct object of an administrative offense will be imposed for avoiding to pay mandatory health insurance fees. Changing the title of Article 460 will be "tax evasion, unemployment insurance, compulsory health insurance or compulsory state social insurance".
