September 10, Fineko/abc.az. The electronic court system has a positive impact on facilitating the access to courts for entrepreneurs.

ABC.AZ reports that Khayyam Bayramov, a member of the Justice Ministry’s workgroup on the electronic court information system, said this during an online discussion at the Ministry.

According to Bayramov, the entrepreneur, without visiting the court, through this e-Cabinet can submit a claim and other documents, as well as receive them electronically: "One of the innovations applied during the pandemic is the operation of remote courts. So, entrepreneurs, without coming to court, express their opinion by connecting to the court via video link. This prevents additional costs both in time and in material terms for entrepreneurs.”
