September 14, Fineko/abc.az. The Central Bank of Azerbaijan is to publish a decision on the parameters of the interest rate corridor on 18 September.

ABC.AZ reports that this time the CBA is likely to lower the interest rate, as there are a number of reasons for this.

The main reasons are low inflation in CBA’s target range, a slight increase in oil prices and a decrease in pressure upon the manat exchange rate.

The Central Bank also said that the next decisions on the parameters of the interest rate corridor will be aimed at maintaining inflation in the stated target range, maintaining financial stability and keeping an optimal balance between the priorities of supporting economic activity.
