Attempt to transfer from Azerbaijan a large sum of money abroad prevented

September 16, Fineko/abc.az. Employees of the Head Customs Administration on Air Transport have prevented an attempt to cross the customs border of Azerbaijan with a large amount of foreign currency without declaring.

ABC.AZ reports a Georgian citizen was detained on Baku-Dubai flight.

During the check the customs officials found out $53,000 in the hand luggage of this passenger, not declared to customs control.
