Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Culture & Tourism to encourage activity of hostels

January 31, Fineko/abc.az. The proposals concerning the promotion of hostel activity are being prepared in Azerbaijan.

Culture & Tourism Minister Abulfaz Garayev has stated that currently Azerbaijan is numbering about 100 hostels with capacity from 20 to 100 seats.

"Hostels offer prices lower than hotels do and therefore the Ministry of Culture & Tourism is now working to eliminate the limitations associated with their activity," the minister said.
