September 28, Fineko/abc.az. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Azerbaijan has published the details concerning the curfew.

ABC.AZ presents these details.

The MIA noted that during the curfew period individuals can stay in administrative-territorial units where martial law is in effect only on the basis of a service certificate, and they will also be able to register on portal icaze.e-gov.az and act upon obtaining a special permit.

At the same time, the Cabinet Ministers approved a list of spheres in which activity of state bodies’ employees is permitted on the basis of official certificates, and approved the procedure for issuing special permits
