Cavusoglu: Official Baku did not ask us for help

17:52 - 2.10.2020

October 2, Fineko/abc.az. Azerbaijan has not asked Turkey for any military assistance, but if necessary, Ankara will provide this assistance.

ABC.AZ reports that the above-said statement was made by Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, when answering questions from journalists during his trip to Italy.

The Turkish minister once again called on Armenia to withdraw from Karabakh: "We are one nation with the Azerbaijanis, and there is nothing more natural than to be close to them. Azerbaijan has the potential to fight independently for its lands. We have not received any requests for military assistance from them. But if there is such a desire, we will respond positively to it.”
