President Ilham Aliyev spoke about the meeting of three countries` FMs

October 22, Fineko/abc.az. On 21 October, President Ilham Aliyev gave an interview to Japanese newspaper Nikkei.

ABC.AZ reports that during the interview the head of state touched upon some points and recalled that the U.S., Russia and France are the three co-chair countries of the OSCE Minsk Group that have a mandate to find a solution to the conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

The president noted that this is why the meeting of our ministers in these three capitals is natural.

"Such meetings have been held several times before. You know that there were visits to Moscow, and a meeting was also held there. Thus, this is a continuation of negotiations on a peaceful settlement of the conflict," the head of state emphasized.
