Azerbaijani Defence Ministry: Enemy was forced to retreat

November 5, Fineko/abc.az. During the day on 4 November and night on 5 November the Armenian armed forces fired at the positions of the units of Azerbaijan Army in different directions of the front and Azerbaijani human settlements with various small arms, howitzers and mortars.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan that the combat operations continued with varying intensity, mainly in the Agdere and Khojavend directions of the front.

The enemy was forced to retreat with casualties on personnel and military vehicles in some areas of the front.

At present, Azerbaijani troops are monitoring the operational situation.
