November 10, Fineko/abc.az. The Azerbaijan Deposit Insurance Fund (ADIF) has paid more than AZN 566 million of compensation to 23,708 depositors of closed banks - AG Bank, Amrah Bank, NBC Bank and Atabank.

ABC.AZ was informed at ADIF that from 16 June to 6 November of this year ADIF agent International Bank of Azerbaijan compensated for AZN 205.15 million to depositors of AG Bank (AZN 88.8 million to 4,403 depositors) and NBC Bank (over AZN 116.35 million to 4,065 depositors) that are in the process of liquidation.

From 1 June to 6 November ADIF’s other agent Kapital Bank paid more than AZN 361 million to depositors of Amrah Bank (AZN 137.43 million to 5,673 depositors) and Ata Bank (AZN 223.6 million to 9,567 depositors).
