Turkish soldiers arrive in Nagorno–Karabakh - Document sent to GNAT

November 16, Fineko/abc.az. The Presidential Memorandum on sending of Turkish soldiers to Azerbaijan has been submitted to the Grand National Assembly (GNAT) of Turkey.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Turkish media that according to the proposal, the Turkish military will work in the joint Russian-Turkish Monitoring Center in Nagorno-Karabakh for a year.

According to the information, the Memorandum sent to the Parliament for the signature of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan refers to the agreement reached by Azerbaijan and Armenia.

“In accordance with the agreement, the Joint Center will be established in the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation to monitor compliance with the ceasefire. At the request of Azerbaijan, Turkey and Russia agreed on the joint participation in the Center," the document says.
