December 14, Fineko/abc.az. The situation in Hadrout district has returned to normal after the recent clashes. The Russian military prevented another violation of the ceasefire.

ABC.AZ reports that the relevant statement was made by the commander of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Nagorno-Karabakh, Lt-Gen Rustam Muradov.

"Russian peacekeepers are constantly monitoring the situation. They continue to interact with representatives of the Armenian and Azerbaijani sides," Muradov said.

It should be noted that on 26 November, three servicemen were killed and two ones injured in Sur village of occupation-liberated Khojavend district as a result of a sudden Armenian attack on Defence Ministry’s military men, serving in this territory.
