Data published on farmer subsidies

December 17, Fineko/abc.az. The State paid over 232.92 million of subsidies to 407,298 farmers in Azerbaijan this year, ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Agriculture.

The subsidies were paid for autumn, spring and perennial crops carried out on an area of about 1.3 million hectares.

38 farmers received subsidies for AZN 1.828 million for re-sowing corn.

Over the past period AZN 6.643 million of animal subsidies were transferred to the farm cards of 37,807 farmers.

This subsidy was given to farmers for 66,437 calves that they received through artificial insemination.
