President Ilham Aliyev: Karabakh conflict can be discussed only in the past tense

December 18, Fineko/abc.az. President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan took part in an online meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State.

ABC.AZ reports that in his speech the head of state touched upon a range of important points.

President Aliyev noted that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict can already be spoken of only in the past tense: "I fully agree with Vladimir Putin that when talking about the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, we should refer to it as the past. This is history."
