December 28, Fineko/abc.az. In accordance with the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry’s list of servicemen who have been killed in the Patriotic War, 68 martyrs had commitments on 70 mortgage loans for the remaining amount of AZN 3.3 million.

ABC.AZ reports that in compliance with the requirements of the Procedure of giving a mortgage loan, including subsidized mortgage loan, at the expense of the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund those loans were insured by companies on life insurance against death & disability of the loan-borrower.

To date, the credit obligations on all those mortgages have been fully covered by the respective insurers.
