Shortcomings revealed in activity 20 centers ASAN Xidmət

February 11, Fineko/abc.az. As a result of the measures on control and monitoring in 2020, centers ASAN Xidmət and ASAN Kommunal were revealed the noncompliance with the rules of the organization and management of services, failure to meet the requirements relating to quality of service requirements of regulatory acts.

ABC.AZ reports that this is reflected in the report of the State Agency for Public Services & Social Innovations under the Presidential Administration for 2020.

In general, last year, as a result of the control and monitoring activities carried out, 7,884 violations were recorded in 20 ASAN Xidmət centers and two ASAN Kommunal centers.
