Employment Agency reports growth of rate of job-provided people in 2020

February 16, Fineko/abc.az. The number of people provided with work through the State Employment Agency increased by 107% and reached 94,000 people last year, ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Labor & Social Protection.

The number of people, including those provided with paid public works, increased almost 55 times and reached 48,000 ones for 2020.

Over the past three years the quantity of people covered by the self-employment program has increased 11-fold, and 12,600 people were involved in this program in 2020.
