Baku oil factory reduced its authorized capital

February 17, Fineko/abc.az. Baku Oil Production Factory LLC has announced a reduction of its authorized capital by AZN 2.559 million or 23.3%) from AZN 11 million to AZN 8.44 million.

ABC.AZ reports that this is stated in newspaper Vergiler (Taxes) of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy.

According to Vergiler, creditors can submit their claims within a month at the address: Baku city, Nizami district, Heydar Aliyev Avenue, 92A.
