Supreme Court considered the appeal of Lider TV

February 17, Fineko/abc.az. The Supreme Court has considered a cassation appeal of Lider TV və Radio-Azərbaycan LLC against the court's decision to declare Lider TV and Radio-Azərbaycan LLC a bankrupt and appoint a property administrator.

ABC.AZ reports that the decision was announced at the meeting, which was chaired by Judge Kamalya Abiyeva,.

Under the court ruling, the cassation appeal was not satisfied, and the previous court decision was left unchanged.
