A quarantine breaker tea house revealed in Lankaran

February 23, Fineko/abc.az. Facilities operating after 12 am have been revealed in Lankaran district.

ABC.AZ was informed at the Ministry of Internal Affairs that it was established that tea house ‘Zamzam’ located in Digah village of the district rendered hookah services, contrary to the rules of the quarantine regime, and another tea house, located in village Vilvan, operates from 00:00 in the morning.

Protocols were drawn up in respect to three persons related to those facilities in accord with the relevant article of the Code of Administrative Offenses. All they were fined.
