Oil grows in price, and Brent is at $64.56 a barrel

March 4, Fineko/abc.az. Prices for oil of standard grades are increasing in Thursday’s trading.

The data from the U.S. Department of Energy showed an increase in country’s oil reserves last week - by 21.56 million barrels.

By 9:21 am, in the trading at the London ICE Futures Exchange the price of May’s Brent crude oil futures grew by $0.49 (0.76%) up to $64.56 a barrel. At the end of trading on 3 March the Brent futures for May increased in price by $1.37 (2.19%) up to $64.07 per barrel.

By 9:21 am, at the New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) the price of April’s WTI oil futures increased by $0.39 (0.64%) up to $61.67 per barrel. At the end of trading on 3 March the WTI futures for April rose by $1.53 (2.56%) up to $61.28 a barrel.
