Damage caused by Armenia to Azerbaijan's agrarian sector revealed

March 9, Fineko/abc.az. The State Commission was established on 27 September 2020 to ensure the assessment and elimination of damage to civilians, state property, and businesses on agricultural machinery, products, and animals due to the Armenian aggression on the territory of Azerbaijan. ABC.AZ reports that according to the State Commission, the damage to agriculture was estimated at AZN 1,281,100.

According to Cabinet Ministers’ report for 2020, in 7 regions (Aghdam, Agjabadi, Barda, Tartar, Fuzuli, Jabrayil, Goranboy), 1,560 heads of cattle and sheep, 34 heads of horses, 107 beehives, 6,701 poultry were destroyed, 14,107 hay bales burned, 31 types of agricultural machinery damaged.
